1. Before maintenance, the size of the site for the disassembled parts shall be arranged in advance, and sufficient bearing capacity shall be considered, especially the placement of rotor, upper frame and lower frame in overhaul or extended overhaul.
2. All parts placed on the terrazzo ground shall be padded with wood board, grass mat, rubber mat, plastic cloth, etc., so as to avoid collision and damage to equipment parts and prevent pollution to the ground.
3. When working in the generator, irrelevant things shall not be brought in. The maintenance tools and materials to be carried shall be strictly registered. First, to avoid the loss of tools and materials; The second is to avoid leaving irrelevant things on the unit equipment.
4. When disassembling parts, the pin shall be pulled out first and then the bolt shall be removed. During installation, the pin shall be driven first and then the bolt shall be tightened. When fastening the bolts, apply force evenly and tighten them symmetrically for several times, so as not to skew the fastened flange surface. At the same time, during component disassembly, the components shall be inspected at any time, and detailed records shall be made in case of abnormalities and equipment defects, so as to facilitate timely handling and preparation of spare parts or reprocessing.

5. The parts to be disassembled shall be clearly marked so that they can be restored to their original position during reassembly. The removed screws and bolts shall be stored in cloth bags or wooden boxes and recorded; The disassembled nozzle flange shall be plugged or wrapped with cloth to prevent falling into relics.
6. When the equipment is reinstalled, the burrs, scars, dust and rust on the combination surface, keys and keyways, bolts and screw holes of all parts of the equipment to be repaired shall be thoroughly repaired and cleaned.
7. The connecting nuts, keys and various wind shields on all rotating parts that can be locked with locking plates must be locked with locking plates, spot welded firmly, and the welding slag shall be cleaned.

During maintenance on oil, water and gas pipelines, do all necessary switching work to ensure that a section of pipeline under maintenance is reliably separated from its operating part, discharge internal oil, water and gas, take measures to prevent opening or lock all relevant valves, and hang warning signs before installation and maintenance.
9. When making the packing gasket of pipeline flange and valve flange, especially for the fine diameter, its inner diameter shall be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipe; For the parallel connection of large-diameter packing gasket, dovetail and wedge-shaped connection can be adopted, which shall be bonded with glue. The orientation of the connection position shall be conducive to sealing to prevent leakage.
10. It is not allowed to carry out any maintenance work on the pressure pipeline; For the pipeline in operation, it is allowed to tighten the valve packing with pressure or clamp on the pipeline to eliminate slight leakage on the low-pressure water and gas pipeline, and other maintenance work is not allowed.
11. It is forbidden to weld on the pipeline filled with oil. When welding on the disassembled oil pipe, the pipe must be washed in advance, and fire prevention measures must be taken if necessary.
12. The finished surface of shaft collar and mirror plate shall be protected from moisture and rust. Do not wipe it with sweaty hands at will. For long-term storage, apply a layer of grease on the surface and cover the mirror plate surface with tracing paper.
13. Special tools shall be used for loading and unloading the ball bearing. After cleaning with gasoline, check that the inner and outer sleeves and beads shall be free of erosion and cracks, the rotation shall be flexible and not loose, and there shall be no shaking feeling in the bead clearance by hand. During installation, the butter into the ball bearing shall be 1 / 2 ~ 3 / 4 of the oil chamber, and do not install too much.
14. Fire fighting measures shall be taken when electric welding and gas cutting are carried out in the generator, and inflammables such as gasoline, alcohol and paint are strictly prohibited. The wiped cotton yarn head and rags shall be placed in the iron box with cover and taken out of the unit in time.
15. When welding the rotating part of the generator, the ground wire shall be connected to the rotating part; During electric welding of the generator stator, the ground wire shall be connected to the stationary part to avoid large current passing through the mirror plate and burning the contact surface between the mirror plate and the thrust pad.
16. The rotating generator rotor shall be considered to have voltage even if it is not excited. It is forbidden to work on the rotating generator rotor or touch it with hands.
17. After the maintenance work is completed, pay attention to keep the site clean, especially the metal, welding slag, residual welding head and other sundries chiseled in the generator must be cleaned in time.
