Face to Face
In April, under the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic, many customers who wanted to visit our factory in China cancelled their trips. Because China’s current immigration policy is immediate nucleic acid testing on entry + 14 days of hotel quarantine + 7 days of home quarantine.
But today we welcomed a client who has a deep relationship with the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so he went to China together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during his visit to China, and specifically visited our factory.
This trip is that his friend has a 2*1.8MW Francis Turbine project in Manila, which is about to start bidding. After being entrusted by a friend, he took his staff to Chengdu City to visit our factory, and discussed the project plan face-to-face with our CEO and chief engineer.
Our engineers provided a complete design plan for the customer's 2*1.8MW project.
Production Workshop Visit
Our engineers and our sales director accompany customers to visit our machinery production workshop and introduce our production equipment and processes to customers.
Assembly Workshop
After the customer visited the mechanical production workshop and the electrical production workshop, he visited our assembly workshop and introduced our production process to the customer.
Technical Communication
Solve questions for customers on site, and quickly develop hydropower equipment plans for customers’ projects.
